How do I add or remove an employee, and what's the deadline?
Submit the change through our enrollment portal within 30 days of the hire or termination date. Changes received after 30 days may require a qualifying event, or you have to wait until open enrollment.

When will my employee get their insurance card?
Medical cards come from Moda (Alaska/Oregon) or Regence/Asuris (Washington) directly — usually within 7–10 days of enrollment processing. Delta Dental and VSP cards are separate and come from those carriers. In the meantime, most providers can look up coverage with just the employee's name and date of birth.

Why hasn't my employee's claim been paid?
Why hasn't my employee's claim been paid?
We can look that up on your behalf. Medical claims are processed by Moda or Regence/Asuris depending on your state. Dental goes through Delta Dental and vision through VSP. Give us the employee name and date of service and we'll track it down.

Bills reflect any adds, terms, or changes during the month and can shift mid-cycle. We can walk through the invoice line by line — reach out to your TPA account contact and we'll reconcile it with you.
Is this doctor visit / prescription / procedure covered?
That depends on your specific plan within the AllTech or AIT trust. We can pull up your benefits summary, or your employee can call the member services number on their insurance card — Moda, Regence, or Asuris each have dedicated lines for coverage questions.

My employee got denied — how do we appeal?
Start with the carrier who processed the claim — Moda, Regence/Asuris, Delta Dental, or VSP, depending on the benefit. We can help you understand the denial reason and walk you through the appeal process or escalate on your behalf if needed.

What do I handle vs. what does the TPA handle?
What do I handle vs. what does the TPA handle?
You handle reporting employee changes (hires, terms, life events) and paying your monthly invoice. We handle enrollment processing, billing, and carrier coordination. Moda, Regence/Asuris, Delta Dental, and VSP handle claims and clinical decisions directly. Think of us as your main point of contact for anything benefits-related — if we can't answer it, we'll get you to the right person.
